An industrial development organization representing a three-county region that includes HAYWOOD, TIPTON & LAUDERDALE Counties in West Tennessee.
Haywood, Tipton and Lauderdale Counties are located between the three largest metro areas in West Tennessee. This prime location gives our citizens quick access to big-city amenities while enjoying a more affordable suburban or rural lifestyle. Our residents enjoy high-quality schools, safe communities and low tax rates, coupled with family-friendly annual events and numerous job opportunities. But we offer more than just access.
Our region is home to skilled trade professionals, advanced infrastructure assets and a host of available industrial properties including buildings and greenfield sites, many with access to rail service.
The HTL territory is home to Ford’sBlue Oval City, where they are constructing most advance and assembly and battery campuses in the world. Tennessee now has 4 auto assembly plants, so we are primed to serve auto suppliers and any other type of industry.
Ford will build a state-of-the-art electric vehicle assembly and battery campus in conjunction with SK Innovation to build the next generation of F-Series trucks. The project will create 5,700 direct jobs and over 20,000 indirect jobs across the region.
