HTL P2P 8th Grade Career Expo 2022
On March 2 and 3, 2022, HTL Advantage hosted the 2nd Annual Pathways to Possibilities 8th Grade Career Expo in Ripley, TN. The expo exposed 18 career paths to over 3,100 8th graders from 10 West Tennessee Counties. Over 70 companies participated in the expo, sharing information on training, wages and the steps needed to be ready for a new career. Many students will be able to complete their career training through dual enrollment programs by the time they graduate from high school.
